Measurements and testing:
- Precise measurements were taken, especially in the areas of axes and gear backlash. An 8-hour load test was also performed. (Gear backlash: axis 4 – 0.01 / axis 5 – 0.01 / axis 6 – 0.01.)

Delivery and packaging:
- Products are delivered in a special box, and shipment is insured.

Exchange for Wrist Unit:
- It is possible to obtain the wrist unit on an exchange basis. Alternatively, purchase without exchange is available on request.

Warranty:
- Each wrist unit comes with a 12-month warranty. The warranty can be extended to 18 months for an additional fee.

- Express overhauls for KUKA wrist units are available and will be completed within 48–72 hours after delivery.
