Delivery and packaging:
- The products are delivered in a special box, and shipping is insured.

Exchange unit:
- It is possible to receive the central hand as an exchange unit. Alternatively, purchase without exchange is possible on request.

Warranty:
- Every central hand comes with a 12-month warranty. This can be extended to 18 months for an additional charge.
