Our KVK 1S – Economic is our most cost-effective option for acquiring a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

The only manual steps required with this wrapper are attaching and cutting the film. The model is robustly constructed, weighing 600 kg, and is designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height.

With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and the film carriage, as well as a mechanical brake, you can easily adapt the automated wrapping process to your specific product. Automatic pallet detection, as well as adjustable top and bottom wraps, are standard features. You have the option to select from “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross-wrapping), or “waterproof” wrapping programs. If required, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

Should the wrapper need to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift via the integrated fork slots.

Optional features include a loading ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you want to upgrade from manual to automatic pallet wrapping with minimal investment. This machine is ideal for shippers handling up to approx. 10 pallets per working day.
