For sale: a complete line for packing boards and countertops in shrink film. The line is designed for industrial wrapping and protection of products before transport and storage. The system enables efficient, repeatable, and aesthetically pleasing packaging of large-format elements.

The line comprises the following machines and equipment:

The line consists of the following components:

1. ELEPHANT F-250 vacuum lifting crane, year 2017, with a lifting capacity of 250 kg for manual loading of boards/countertops
2. Belt conveyor, dimensions: length 3000 mm x width 1500 mm, with a smoothly adjustable guide for centering boards/countertops
3. Automatic film sealer with a film reel magazine feeding film rolls from above and below
4. Belt conveyor, length 6000 mm x width 1500 mm, transporting boards/countertops to the automatic film sealer
5. Automatic width-adjustable unit (width range: 1500 mm to 150 mm) for sealing and trimming film on the edges of boards and countertops, also equipped with a cross belt conveyor for removing excess film
6. Heat tunnel, dimensions: 2050 mm x 3700 mm, power requirement: 55 kW
7. Powered roller conveyor, dimensions: length 3000 mm x width 1580 mm, used for receiving boards/countertops exiting the heat tunnel
8. ELEPHANT F-250 vacuum unloading crane, year 2017, with a lifting capacity of 250 kg for manual unloading of boards/countertops and pallet stacking

The line enables efficient packing of large wooden elements, countertops, and furniture panels in shrink film, providing effective protection against mechanical damage, moisture, and contamination during transport.

The use of a 55 kW heat tunnel ensures even shrinking of the film and an aesthetically pleasing final result. The adjustable working width allows quick adaptation of the machine to different product formats.
