Vision 2800 Automatic Carton Machine
designed for processing continuous corrugated board from the stack

Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of static machines, meaning that the cross-machine processes are carried out on stationary board. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the board is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutting Machine):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head and foot cuts as well as cross-cuts of the cardboard.

1 unit linear cross-creasing group for cross creases on the cardboard (delivered as cross-creaser, or cross-creaser with perforation option)

7 longitudinal creasing groups from above for longitudinal creases on the cardboard
Longitudinal cutting groups for performing longitudinal cuts

2) 4-fold Carton Magazines:

5 carton magazines provide storage and feeding of raw board material to the processing machine.
Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to max. 1,400 mm possible

3) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:

Includes all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
