for processing endless corrugated board from the stack, also suitable for single sheet feeding

Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of statically operating machines, meaning that the operations across the machine are carried out while the cardboard is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width for corrugated board is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are made automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Carton Cutting Automaton):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head-to-foot cutting and cross cuts on the carton.

Linear cross-scoring unit for cross scores on the carton. (Supplied as cross scorer, or cross scorer with perforation function)

7 longitudinal scoring units from above for longitudinal creases in the carton
7 longitudinal cutting units for making longitudinal cuts

2) 4-fold Carton Magazine

5 carton magazines provide supply and feeding of raw corrugated board to the processing machine.
Maximum stack height of endless corrugated board up to 2,200 mm possible

3) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:

Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
