Overhauled Gas Engine

As part of the general overhaul, the following work will be carried out:
Replacement of all wear parts, bearings, filters, and seals. Renewal or reconditioning of:
- Crankshaft and crankcase reconditioning
- Cylinder liners, piston rings (pistons if required)
- Sensors
- Water pump
- Starter
- Cylinder heads
- Spark plugs
- Injection nozzles and injection lines
- Thermostat housing
- Connecting rod and cylinder head bolts
- Oil modules
- Viscous damper

The following components are also checked and replaced if necessary:
- Rocker arms
- Connecting rods
- Lubricating oil pump
- Gears

The delivery scope is defined as follows:
-with starter
-with cylinder heads
-without exhaust manifolds and headers
-without turbocharger

-without charge air cooler
-without gas mixer
-without throttle valve
-without engine control and ignition system
-without charge air line

The engine is equipped with the following sensors:
-Engine oil temperature sensor
-Engine oil pressure sensor
-Speed sensor (2 units)
-Ignition signal transmitter

This is a factory-refurbished item.
Note: Refurbished parts are those that have been inspected for visible defects in addition to the functional test and any defective parts have been repaired or replaced.

All exchange engines supplied by or via agriKomp GmbH require the return of an identical old core (part). If the old part is not returned within 8 weeks from the exchange date, a surcharge of €10,000 will be invoiced.
