Applications
The air purifiers from the Dual Centrifugal Aspirofilter series (Models AS.3.DC – AS.4.DC – AS.7) are particularly suitable for vapors and mist generated from neat and emulsified coolant oils.

Dual centrifuges are designed for standard machining with coolant.
Standard filtration efficiency between 90–95%.
Can achieve a final filtration of 99.95% with HEPA filter.

Operating principle
Thanks to particle acceleration from the turbine or centrifuge, oil contaminants are extracted and re-condensed.
Due to the centrifugal force, the extracted mist instantly condenses and is returned to a liquid state.
The recovered oil is then returned to the machine tool via the drainage pipe.
