The Mueller Martini Prima Amrys from the year 1998 is a fully equipped and highly efficient saddle stitching line featuring seven feeders, a cover feeder, an inserting machine, a labeling station, and a card gluing device. It includes the Automatic Make Ready System (AMRYS), a three-knife trimmer, a Mueller Martini 227 inserting machine with four stations, as well as additional optional components such as an inkjet unit and the Mosca RO-TR-500. The machine achieves a maximum mechanical speed of 13,000 cycles per hour and handles formats ranging from 90 x 105 mm up to 320 x 480 mm.
