Toleranties Na de demontage worden de toleranties van alle stalen componenten gemeten en waar nodig opnieuw gelast. Dit geldt in ieder geval voor de volgende onderdelen: • Persplunjer • Frame • Kanaal • Voordruk-klep Na demontage en inspectie wordt de persplunjer opnieuw opgelast en voorzien van nieuwe plunjerwielen. De beschermroosters en de voordruk-klep worden uitgedeukt en waar nodig gerepareerd. Opnieuw gespoten Na het meten van de toleranties en eventueel las- en herstelwerk worden alle onderdelen gestraald en opnieuw gecoat. Hydrauliek: De hydrauliektank wordt gereinigd. De hydraulische leidingen en slangen worden vervangen. De hydraulische componenten worden gereviseerd. De hydraulische olie wordt ververst.
