This was a customer replacement unit – Our KVK 1S Economic is our most affordable option for acquiring a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

The only manual task required with this wrapper is attaching and cutting the film. With a weight of 600 kg, this model is robustly constructed and designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height.

With adjustable rotation speeds for both the turntable and film carriage, as well as a mechanical brake, you can precisely tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wrap counts. You have access to various wrapping programs: “up only”, “up & down” (cross wrapping), and “weatherproof” wrapping. If necessary, the wrapper can also be controlled manually.

Should you need to relocate the wrapper, it can easily be lifted and moved using a forklift thanks to integrated cutouts.

Optional accessories include a ramp as well as a photocell for detecting dark packaged goods or black film.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you want to upgrade from manual to automatic pallet wrapping with minimal investment. This machine is ideally suited for shippers processing up to approx. 10 pallets per working day.
