KVK 1S

Our KVK 1S is an affordable, semi-automatic stretch wrapper. Compared to our KVK 1S Economic model, this version features more powerful motors and a more robust turntable.

The KVK 1S is equipped with a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm in height. The only manual steps required are attaching and cutting the film.

Both the turntable and film carriage speeds, as well as the brake tension, are adjustable. Automatic pallet detection via photo cell is included as standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can choose between “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross wrapping), and “waterproof wrapping” programs. If needed, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If you need to relocate the stretch wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved by a forklift using integrated fork slots.

We also offer matching access ramps and a photo cell for detecting dark packages or black film as additional options for this model.

The KVK 1S is our recommendation if you are looking for a robust pallet wrapper with a minimal investment that will make your workflow easier. The KVK 1S is ideal for dispatchers wrapping between approximately 5 to 15 pallets per working day on average.
