Our KVK 2 (MA) is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a turntable that, compared to our entry-level model, is of a more robust construction, offers better equipment, and can be tailored to your requirements with a variety of additional options.

Only the attachment and removal of the film still need to be performed manually on this wrapper.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is designed to accommodate loads of up to 2000 kg. The KVK 2 (MA) features a 1650 mm turntable and can, as standard, wrap pallets up to a height of 2400 mm. With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and film carriage, as well as a finely adjustable electromagnetic brake via potentiometer, you can perfectly tune the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. You have access to wrapping programs such as 'up only', 'up & down' (cross-wrap), and 'weatherproof' wrapping. If required, the wrapper can also be operated in manual mode.

If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using integrated cutouts.

In addition to a suitable access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 2 MA can also be optionally fitted with turntables in various sizes of up to 2200 mm in diameter, as well as higher masts for a maximum wrapping height of up to 3200 mm.

This stretch wrapper is our recommendation for professional applications with about 15–20 pallets per day—particularly where fine and fast brake adjustment is needed, as is often the case with very light goods or frequently changing pallets.
