KVK 2A

Our KVK 2A is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a special recess for ground-level pallet loading. The KVK 2A model is equipped with a pre-stretch system that provides up to 250% film elongation.

Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can convert 1 meter of film on the roll into up to 3.5 meters of film on the pallet, drastically reducing material consumption. In addition, this system generates only minimal application tension, ensuring that even lightweight goods are not pulled off the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is extremely stable and rated for loads up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 2A features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height as standard.

Adjustable speeds for both turntable and film carriage, as well as a power pre-stretch unit that can be precisely regulated via potentiometer, allow you to tailor automated wrapping to your specific product requirements. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric sensor) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wrapping cycles. You can choose from upward-only wrapping, up and down (cross-wrapping), or waterproof wrapping programs. Manual override is also possible if required.

Should you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and transported using a forklift via integrated cut-outs.

This model is our recommendation if you are wrapping very light goods or require wrapping of more than approx. 30 pallets per day. The KVK 2A is ideal if ramps cannot be used due to spatial constraints, or if particularly heavy or unstable loads should not be pushed onto the turntable via a ramp.
