Our KVK 3 Slim Line is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with turntable. It features a pre-stretch system for 250% film stretch. Thanks to this pre-stretching, one meter of film from the roll yields up to 3.5 meters on the pallet, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system generates only minimal tension on application, ensuring even lightweight goods remain securely on the turntable.

Weighing 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 3 Slim Line features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height as standard. Adjustable turntable and film carriage speeds, along with a potentiometer-controlled power stretch unit, allow you to perfectly tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection via photo sensor is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wrap cycles.

Available wrapping programs include up and down (cross-wrapping) and weatherproof wrapping. If required, manual operation of the wrapper is possible.

If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift via integrated cutouts.

Optional accessories include a matching access ramp, and a photo sensor for detecting dark goods or black film.

This model is our clear recommendation if you need to wrap very light goods or stretch wrap more than about 20 pallets per day, without exceeding maximum pallet dimensions of 800 x 1,200 x 2,250 mm.
