The KVK 600 features a power-stretch system offering up to 300% film stretch. This significantly reduces your film consumption, as 1 meter of film on the roll yields 4 meters on the pallet. Additionally, this system applies only minimal tension, making it possible to effectively wrap even lightweight goods.

The KVK 600 also allows you to store up to 10 customized wrapping programs. You can set parameters such as the number of bottom wraps, ascension wraps, top wraps, and descent wraps, specifying the wrapping speed and film tension for each step. This enables you to save tailor-made programs for every wrapping scheme, ensuring consistently optimal wrapping results. Programs can be password protected, allowing users to select only from pre-set programs. Automatic pallet detection via a photocell is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. In addition to a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 600 is also available with an extended mast and a swappable battery set with an external charger.
