Depalletizing and repacking system for 0.5l glass bottles, consisting of three machines:

1. Depalletizer: Pallets with full modular crates are fed in and destacked, while empty crates are stacked and conveyed out.

2. Repacking machine: 20-bottle modular crates are unpacked, 4-pack carrier cartons are erected, bottles are loaded and packed into the cartons.

3. Carton packer/palletizer: The 4-pack carrier cartons are packed into Pinolen crates, stacked onto pallets, and conveyed out of the line.

Additional machine specification: Combined repacking machine with palletizing function.

Output: approx. 200 crates/h
