The latest generation of Morgana folding machines takes process automation to a new level, as it can detect the sheet length and automatically sets the folding pockets and delivery according to the selected type of fold. All the operator needs to do is select the desired fold type from the visualisation on the control panel, and the machine does the rest.

The number of working programs is limited only by the memory capacity and can reach into the thousands.

The machine is particularly suitable for processing prints from digital presses, as it comes equipped as standard with antistatic brushes.

The Morgana Docufold is standardly equipped with a batch counter with programmable batching, as well as pre-arrangement for perforating and creasing.

All controls are concentrated in one location, including the counter and batcher.

Paper feeding is based on vacuum principle, combined with adjustable air separation and a side register, ensuring trouble-free sheet separation and precise feeding into the folding pockets. This vacuum feeding system guarantees problem-free processing even of coated papers.

The length of processed sheets is monitored by a photocell, which prevents pocket blockage by paper. The machine is designed so that it can be operated even by users without prior experience in bindery work.
