The Rösler S1 from the S-Line is the compact multitasking solution for demanding surface finishing. Originally developed for post-processing powder-bed-based 3D printing processes, it automatically cleans, smooths, and homogenizes parts—quickly, reproducibly, and economically. Depending on workpiece and blasting media, the S1 is also ideal for classic blasting applications such as cleaning, descaling, deburring or achieving a decorative surface finish.

A particular highlight is the integrated blasting media conditioning system:
A cyclone separator and a vibrating mesh screen reliably remove residue, dust, and worn blasting media. This ensures that only clean, high-performance media remains in circulation—for consistent blasting results and protection of sensitive components.

The integrated PLC control allows all relevant process parameters—such as blasting duration, pressure, or drum speed—to be stored in programs. These programs can be retrieved and modified at any time, enabling reproducible blasting processes, minimal setup in case of product changes, and safe, user-friendly operation even with frequently changing parts.

The rapid media change, in combination with the cyclone and vibrating mesh screen, turns the S1 into a true all-rounder: The system can be rapidly adapted to different materials, component geometries, and blasting needs—from additively manufactured plastic or metal parts to conventional series components.
