For sale is a nearly-new demonstration machine with only 72 operating hours. The RWT 1000-1 is a universal system suitable for both automatic and manual operation modes. In automatic mode, workpieces are loaded directly onto one of the two satellites. While satellite 1 is inside the machine and the component on it is being blasted, satellite 2, which is positioned outside, can be reloaded. This minimizes downtimes during loading and unloading. Inside the blasting unit, the satellite is driven, allowing for optimal blasting of rotationally symmetrical parts.

For manual blasting operations: The side door features two glove ports, enabling manual blasting in the same manner as a typical hand blast cabinet. The blasting chamber is equipped with two blast nozzles and two blow-off nozzles. In automatic mode, each nozzle can be selected individually. For manual operation, blasting is performed using a single hand-guided nozzle.

Robot automation is also possible with minor modifications to the control system, which would need to be carried out by the customer.

The system has been fully inspected and serviced. The buyer also receives a one-year warranty, equivalent to that of a new machine.
