SEMI-AUTOMATIC DRILLING SYSTEM “UNIBOHRFIX 50”

With the UniBohrFix 50 drilling system, all types of profiles can be processed either against a stop or using a gripper clamp. Drilling is performed manually using a lever, while the material is automatically advanced along the X-axis to the next drilling position. You can easily run entire programs or work with a stop plate to quickly perform single drillings. The system is suitable for weights up to 100 kg. The unit also includes a minimum-quantity spray lubrication unit, complete with holder and spray can.

The technical specifications of the standard version can be found in the table below. If required, all components of the system can be customized to your requirements. You can select from a range of drilling machines, roller conveyors, positioning systems, and clamping fixtures.
