Deskripsi
The EFD machine we are offering has a capacity of 2000 mm, but once the MF and HF adaptation boxes are installed, the stroke should be limited to approximately 1700 mm. It is equipped with a Siemens 840 D CNC, with 3 digitized axes: Z, Y (200 mm), and C, a double spindle with double tailstock controlled separately, 1 MF box, and 1 HF box.
For the machine, the height is 4400 mm. The maximum weight of the workpiece on the main spindle is 600 kg. The weight of each workpiece on the double spindle is 50 kg.
The converter is transistor type, with a power rating of 300 kW and is equipped with three frequency ranges: 100 kHz at 200 kW, 3 kHz and 10 kHz at 300 kW.
Parameter control will be integrated into the 840 D CNC; it will monitor: voltage, current, power, MF or HF frequency, quench shower flow rate by analog flowmeter, quench water temperature by PT 100 probe, and a color printer is included. I have also included the serial interface option, which prevents the need to write the part program twice—once on the CNC and once on the RTM 100.

- 1 manual selector for 3 and 10 kHz selection
- 1 manual selector for 100 kHz and 3/10 kHz selection
- 1 standard vertical scanning machine, type HGL 2000, 3 AXES, equipped with:
1 SIEMENS 840 D CNC, replaced 3 months ago
1 X-axis with vertical stroke of approx. 1500 mm, depending on MF and HF adaptation boxes
1 Y-axis with horizontal stroke of 200 mm
1 C-axis spindle rotation, workpiece weight 600 kg, max workpiece diameter on spindle 500 mm (depending on inductor)
1 double spindle with double tailstock
1 hydraulic circuit with analog flowmeter for quench water
1 second quench water hydraulic circuit without flowmeter, with solenoid valve controlled by the part program, no flowmeter provided
