The MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 double-end beveling line is a high-performance industrial solution designed for simultaneous internal and external facing and beveling of steel tubes. The system allows the machining of two tubes at the same time, finishing both ends with high precision and repeatability.

Developed for demanding production environments, this line is suitable for hot-rolled or cold-rolled carbon steel tubes, pickled or coated with zinc-aluminum. Thanks to its CNC-controlled beveling units, automated tube transport and positioning system, integrated chip conveyor and blow-cleaning systems, the MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 guarantees high levels of productivity, consistent finish quality, and a significant reduction in manual intervention.

Scope of Supply

The MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 double-end beveling line is supplied complete and includes the following main equipment:

· Accumulation table for individual tube removal using chain conveyors

· Walking beam system for synchronized transport of two tubes

· Two CNC beveling machines, each equipped with:
- Heavy-duty welded steel frame
- Double beveling unit with servo-driven linear movement
- Tube clamping systems with interchangeable jaws
- Tool holder discs for internal and external facing and beveling
- Hydraulic tool holder locking system (Morse taper)
- Centralized lubrication system
- Tool presetting bench
- Control panel

· Chip conveyors located under the machines

· Motorized rollers and adjustable tube clamping stations
