Marwis Felgen Cleaner

Felgen Cleaner is a tank designed for removing paint coatings. It is ideal for wheel refurbishment, especially for rims with complex designs.

Wheel etching, that is, cleaning off residues using a chemical bath, is a process that removes all layers of paint from the wheel surface.

This unit accommodates approx. 800 liters of liquid and is equipped with a temperature and bath-time control system. An additional oil jacket ensures even temperature distribution within the tank. This design allows for the use of chemicals from virtually any manufacturer, even at temperatures up to eighty degrees. It features a winch: an integrated lifting and lowering mechanism for the load, allowing wheels to be placed inside without the need for external equipment, making it a fully autonomous workshop solution.
