The new 90-HCI cartoning machine impresses with high performance, precise product handling, and maximum efficiency – even for complex packaging tasks.

It has been specifically developed for applications in which multiple products or pouches are grouped together and then automatically inserted into a folding carton. This makes the 90-HCI particularly suitable for high-throughput packaging lines with a wide variety of products.

The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 90 cycles per minute.

The processable carton sizes vary depending on the grouping and arrangement of the products on the infeed conveyor:

Carton width (A): 40–310 mm
Carton height (B): 15–100 mm
Carton depth (H): 80–350 mm
