MM bulk dispensing units are specially optimized for the use of structural MMA adhesives from EBS, LLC. The robust, durable, and easy-to-maintain design ensures long-term, trouble-free, and consistent adhesive application.
After appropriate modifications, the machine is suitable for metering all 2-component adhesives such as polyurethanes, epoxy resins, methyl methacrylates, and others.

BASIC FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:
A pneumatically driven motor operated with pure compressed air drives the adhesive and activator gear pumps (= metering pumps) via a chain drive system.
These metering pumps are continuously supplied by adhesive and activator transfer pumps, which are also pneumatically operated.
In this way, components A and B are kept separate, but pumped in a preset ratio via a set of hoses to a metering gun, where both components are mixed together at the gun outlet via a static mixer nozzle. This means that the entire metering system requires little to no cleaning.
The flow rate, controlling the application speed, can be adjusted by varying the speed of the pneumatic drive motor.
