Well-maintained CO2 laser cutting machine with travel paths X/Y/Z = 3260 x 1545 x 430 mm, max. working area 1525 x 3050 mm, with a 3rd rotary NC axis for pipe processing; Z-axis travel is 430 mm as a result. Includes gantry loader with vacuum lifter for feeding new sheets, as well as lifting unit for removal of finished sheets and control cabinet with operating elements. Also features a tapping unit with drill magazine, rearward-traveling protective hood, intelligent nozzle change magazine, Donaldson extraction system, cooling unit, and further technical details available on request.

The gantry loader uses a vacuum lifter to pick up new sheets, automatically takes the cut sheet with it during the process, places the new sheet, moves on to the finished sheet stack table, and deposits it there – see video 2.

The extraction unit, cooling system, and transformer are mounted on the platform above the machine.
