1. Cleaning and Disinfection
Careclave® ensures cleaning and disinfection of up to 8 transmission instruments, prophylaxis handpieces, or ultrasonic scaler tips in only 16 minutes.

2. Maintenance
Careclave takes over the maintenance of handpieces in the Carebox—gentle and ultra-fast. With the world’s first integrated ADDcare maintenance station, critical chuck lubrication is carried out directly on the Careclave.

3. Sterilization (Class B)
Careclave offers everything you expect from a modern autoclave—and more—with patented DRYtelligence® and double-jacket technology: Sterilize up to 11 kg load on up to 8 trays or in 4 MELAstore® boxes in record time. Thanks to the revolutionary chamber concept, it is also possible to process and maintain instruments in the Carebox, while simultaneously sterilizing additional instruments on short trays all in one cycle.

4. Documentation and Release
With ProControl, you can quickly and securely document flawless instrument reprocessing, paperless and safe. Documentation and release take place directly on the Careclave® display without additional software. For comprehensive traceability, reprocessing protocols are saved on the MELAG USB stick or within the practice network.
