The CNC machining center 500L is a modern, compact CNC milling machine designed for the precise machining of metals and engineering plastics. Thanks to its rigid machine construction and linear guides, it ensures high stability and accuracy even during intensive use. The powerful spindle with 5.5 / 7.5 kW output and a speed of up to 8000 rpm enables efficient machining of a wide variety of materials.

The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (12 positions), significantly increasing productivity and reducing setup times. The intuitive CNC control system allows for rapid programming and easy operation, even for complex workpieces. High positioning accuracy and repeatability of ±0.02 mm make the CNC-500L ideal for both single-part and series production.

Additional equipment such as through-spindle coolant, chip conveyor and chip removal system, as well as a fully enclosed housing with LED lighting, enhance operator comfort and workplace safety. The compact dimensions and the option to upgrade with a 4th and 5th axis make this machine a versatile solution for modern workshops.
