• Universal machine for automatic grinding of single- and multi-start worms as well as threads with straight and curved flanks using single- or multi-profile grinding wheels.
• The machining processes longitudinal grinding, relief grinding, plunge grinding, groove grinding, and taper grinding can be executed via easy cycles in the SCHLEICHER PLC control PROMODUL U. In-feed and compensation take place automatically. Additional cams are needed for relief and taper grinding; indexing is performed via change gears!
• Manual dressing device for profiling single-profile wheels, left and right flank
