Deskripsi
Our high-performance sandblasting cabinet "MM 2010" operates using the pressure blasting process and, thanks to its innovative abrasive recycling system, is suitable for all types of blasting media.
The bucket elevator firmly connected to the blasting cabinet allows even the heaviest blasting media, such as stainless steel blasting media, cast steel and other metallic abrasives, to be used without any problems. Unlike competitor systems, the abrasive is not sucked back up, but instead is transported to the adjacent bucket elevator via a flat conveyor system. The bucket elevator lifts the material upward and discharges it into the cyclone separator, where the blasting media is cleaned and reintroduced into the blasting cycle. Our specially developed abrasive recycling system ensures a continuous supply of blasting media regardless of the extraction system’s suction power.
Thanks to the abrasive recycling system and innovative fan technology, the blasting cabinet has a very low energy requirement (0.75 kW fan motor). Since the abrasive is not sucked back, there is no need for an oversized extraction system with high power consumption (as found in many competitor systems).
To achieve maximum blasting performance, the "MM 2010" pressure blasting cabinet is equipped with a 60 liter capacity pressure vessel. This vessel features a pressure regulator, allowing the blasting pressure to be continuously adjusted from 0.1 to 12 bar. For safe operation, a water separator is permanently mounted on the pressure vessel to protect the abrasive from moisture.
The blasting nozzle is made from highly wear-resistant boron carbide and allows operating times of up to 1,000 hours depending on the abrasive used.

The blasting chamber is lined with wear-resistant rubber, which increases the service life of the blasting media and protects the blasting cabinet from wear. An air blow gun is installed to clean blasted workpieces and to blow off the cabinet walls.
The permanently installed cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility inside the blasting chamber and maximum service life of the blasting media. The extraction unit features continuous cleaning of the filter cartridges using a compressed air pulse, which ensures high service life for the filter media and consistently stable suction performance.
Loading of the blasting chamber is via an angled front flap that swings completely upward, allowing the sandblasting cabinet to be easily loaded by forklift or crane. The robust work grate can support up to 500 kg.
To ensure the best visibility inside the blasting chamber, two powerful and energy-efficient LED lights are mounted on the cabinet roof. Their roof-mounted position keeps them protected from dust and wear.
The system is operated via a modern touch display. For safe operation, the blasting cabinet is equipped with a door safety switch. The viewing windows are made of toughened safety glass (ESG) and covered with a protective anti-wear film.
