The MZ07 robot series boasts ultra high-speed motion capability and advanced internal (through-arm) cable routing, which streamlines the management of hoses and cables for tasks such as material handling, assembly, vision applications, and more. By routing cables internally through the arm, the risk of interference or snagging with other components in the work cell is significantly reduced, while also protecting pneumatic and signal lines from potential damage. With an IP67 protection class, the MZ07 robot leads its class with a cycle time of just 0.31 seconds in standardized speed tests, outperforming all competitors. Flexible installation options enable floor, wall, or ceiling (inverted) mounting, allowing the MZ07 to adapt to any application requirement. As the world’s fastest articulated robot, the MZ07 also provides the largest working envelope in its category at 723mm and achieves high repeatability of ±0.02mm. The MZ07L variant increases the operating range to 912mm. Both MZ07 and MZ07L models offer full 6-axis articulation, while the MZ07P and MZ07LP versions are optimized for palletizing with a 5-axis configuration, simplifying palletizing programming by removing the J4 axis.
