Machine operation:
The automatic core cutter enables you to cut your paper cores while the machine operator can attend to other tasks. Via the operator panel, core length, diameter, and the required quantity can be set. Afterwards, the core magazine is loaded with 2 m long cores and, by pressing the start button, the machine autonomously processes the job without assistance or supervision from the operator.
This greatly reduces the number of different core sizes needed in stock, thus saving on storage space and costs.
Our automatic core cutter features a 4-axis servo drive system from Bosch Rexroth and is designed to cover all the requirements of small and medium-sized companies with modest investment.
Custom software requirements can also be implemented. Production orders can be entered via USB stick or, of course, manually via the operator panel. Orders can be saved and repeated as needed.
For optimal service, the machine is equipped with an Ethernet port for diagnostics and rapid troubleshooting.
A set of core adapters is included with the machine; additional adapter sizes are available upon request. To change the core diameters, the operator must make the necessary adjustments.
