The NC-UV0609PEIII-II is a continuous development within the Nocai UV0609 series. This machine offers excellent value for money, versatile functions, and high stability, making it very suitable for small-batch production requirements. Its application scenarios are diverse, being ideal for sectors such as advertising, promotional items, stationery, crafts, and packaging.

It is equipped with an Epson I1600-U1 print head, utilizing micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) manufacturing technology and thin-film piezoelectric components to achieve a high-precision nozzle arrangement (600 npi/2 rows). This makes the print head compact, fast, high-quality, and durable.

A variety of color configurations are available—four-color + white + varnish—allowing for diversified effects with no color limitations. Color, color + white, embossed varnish, and other applications can be printed in a single pass.

It supports product thicknesses from 0 to 180 mm, meeting the printing requirements of items with varying thicknesses, with no material limitations, offering a wide range of applications.

The ink station’s lifting mechanism precisely controls the print head position for comprehensive protection. It uses UV ink, providing vivid colors that are environmentally friendly.
