The helical gear unit was not installed after the overhaul!

The gearbox was professionally reconditioned by Getriebebau Nossen in August 2023 and is in perfect technical condition. The overhaul is fully documented.

The previously connected 80-ton crane has been decommissioned.

– Electromagnetic crack testing of gearings and shafts
– Renewal of all rolling bearings
– Renewal of all gearbox seals
– Renewal of the complete internal assembly kit
– Complete gearbox assembly
– No-load test run to check for oil leaks and running noise
– Painting/conservation in accordance with manufacturer standards

Internal assembly kit replaced:
– Drive shaft stage 1
– Helical gear stage 1
– Pinion shaft stage 2
– Helical gear stage 2
– Pinion shaft stage 3
– Helical gear stage 3
– Output shaft

The internal assembly kit has been fully renewed and cannot be combined with used parts.
Couplings are not included in the scope of delivery (available as an option).
