DM100 ZC - performs edge rounding and removes sharp burrs on both the inner and outer edges of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum parts after laser, shear, or punch separation of metal components ranging in size from 50 x 50 mm up to 1100 x 100 mm.
The first station processes the products using a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) with an abrasive belt and removes heavy burrs in the initial step.
The second station is equipped with 2 counter-rotating cross belts with abrasive blocks and rounds the edges of the entire product, both inside and outside, in a second step.
A major advantage is deburring products with surface protection foil, as only the edges are processed without damaging the foil.
