The ML75 tube grinding machine is the ideal choice for polishing round, oval, and elliptical tubes up to Ø76mm.

The planetary belt system of the ML75 features a compact design, enabling the reworking of curved tubes. The machine can be equipped with an automatic feeding system for straight tubes.

This new grinding machine is the solution for processing bent tubes with radii that are too tight for the ML100, or diameters too large for the ML50.

Polishing of bent tubes with small radii:

The planetary belt system of the ML75 offers a compact design for maximum flexibility in reworking tubes with small radii.

Unlike other conventional systems, the planetary belt system reduces friction heat at the surface of the tube.

Straight tubes:

The ML75 is designed for the processing of curved tubes. With a feeding system, the ML75 can be quickly converted for polishing straight tubes.
