The FX3-3 series distinguishes itself as the OMEC mechanical asymmetric 3-roll plate bending machine with simple, complete initial pinch.
The side roll (bending roll) is standard with steel supports and bearings, while bronze external slideways ensure maximum reliability and minimal friction over time. The rotation of the rolls is applied to the UPPER and LOWER rolls by means of gear reduction and self-braking motor; translation and sheet clamping mechanisms use top-brand motors and reducers.
Equipped with induction-hardened rolls, motorized translation and clamping systems, readiness for profile bending rollers and conical device directly integrated in the upper roll, these machines represent the ideal compromise between absolute quality and operator ease for cylindrical and conical rolling operations.
By standard, side extraction of the rolled shell occurs via the lateral opening of the upper roll.
