OMEGA CONTAINERS has been active in the market since January 2017. We specialize in the comprehensive production of office, welfare, accommodation, and technical containers. We offer a professional service covering planning, production, transport, and installation. OMEGA containers are built on a robust steel frame, allowing the modules to be transported or moved by crane frequently without risk of damage.

Length: 6,058 mm
Width: 2,438 mm
External height: 2,850 mm
Internal height: 2,500 mm
We also manufacture custom containers tailored precisely to the client’s requirements.

Steel Structure
Constructed from 3 mm thick open steel profiles with 5 mm steel reinforcements.
The surface is coated with an epoxy primer and finished with polyurethane paint.
Colors can be selected from the RAL palette.

Roof:
Comprises a steel structure filled with sandwich panels with a 100 mm polystyrene core/PUR foam.
The roof is sealed with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal across the entire surface.

Walls:
Made from sandwich panels with a 100 mm polystyrene core, PUR foam.
The exterior façade is finished in sheet metal (silver, white, or graphite).
The interior finish is white sheet metal.

Floor Construction:
Made from tightly welded steel profiles.
Sealed with T-14 trapezoidal sheet.
Insulation: 100 mm mineral wool.

Flooring: 25 mm OSB board.
Finished with industrial-grade PVC covering with increased abrasion resistance and capping strip.

Fittings:
- Hinged door 900mm x 2000mm, in white or anthracite.
- Window 1200mm x 1200mm tilt-and-turn window
- External roller shutters
