OMEGA CONTAINERS has been active on the market since January 2017. We specialize in the comprehensive production of office, welfare, residential, and technical containers. We provide professional service from planning and production through to transport and assembly. OMEGA containers are built on the basis of a solid steel frame, which allows the modules to be transported or lifted by crane multiple times without risk of damage. The container can be relocated multiple times.

Our container’s specific standard dimensions:
Length: 6058 mm
Width: 4876 mm

We also manufacture custom containers tailored precisely to customer requirements.

Steel Construction:
Consists of open 3 mm steel profiles with 5 mm sheet metal reinforcements.
The surface is epoxy primed and finished with polyurethane paint.
Colour selection based on RAL colour charts.

Roof:
Steel construction with sandwich panels filled with 100 mm thick PUR (polyurethane) foam.
The roof is sealed with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet over the entire area.

Walls:
Made from sandwich panels with 100 mm PUR (polyurethane) foam insulation.
External façade made of sheet metal in silver, white, or anthracite.
Internal façade made of white sheet metal.

Flooring:
Made of tightly welded steel profiles.
Sealed with trapezoidal sheet T-14.
Insulated with 100 mm rock wool.
Floor made of 25 mm OSB board.
Finished with industrial PVC flooring with increased abrasion resistance and cover strips.

Fittings:
- 1x steel door (900 mm x 2000 mm), in white or anthracite
- 3x tilt-and-turn window (1200 mm x 1200 mm)
- 3x external roller shutters

Electrical installation:
2x power distribution boxes including residual-current devices (RCDs) and fuses
2x 32A 5P electrical inlets
2x 32A 5P external sockets
4x LED lights (2x36W)
6x double power sockets
2x electric heaters (2 kW each)

Optional equipment:
-The container can be fitted with toilet, shower, washbasin including water connection, heating, etc.
