I am offering a mobile metal spraying unit / plasma spraying system from the manufacturer “OSU-Hessler”, which has never been used! Please have a look at the pictures; I can send you more on request… Everything is in like-new condition and 100% unused!

With this system, you can, for example, galvanize welded joints, repair aluminum bearing seats through material build-up, or salvage engine blocks with worn bearing seats. The complete system weighs approx. 220 kg (without wire spools) and is easily mobile, suitable for use on construction sites or in steel construction. The hose package is approx. 5 meters long.

The transformer/plasma cutter is a 400A unit from “VEB Schweißtechnik Finsterwalde,” built in 1990. It appears extremely robust and high-quality. The unit has been modified by OSU-Hessler on top to accommodate two wire spools (there are also two sets of different wire spools included…).

The system must be collected; it can easily be transported by one person using a small truck or panel van with a tail lift.
