A 2-day training and machine installation
- First day, up to 8 hours: Installation and control unit training.
- Second day, up to 8 hours: Independent operation under the supervision of our technician → possibility to program specific parts required by the customer.
Phone support from an Otinus specialist
From 7:30 to 21:00 (Mon-Sat) – 8-hour package (to be used within 12 months)

Terms of collaboration
- 24-month warranty period.
- Preparation and lead time: approx. 6-8 weeks. Not applicable if the machine is marked as "available from stock."
- The machine is brand new.
- Warranty and post-warranty service provided by the seller.
- The customer is responsible for the machine once it has been unloaded and transported at their premises.
