1. Entry line, manufactured by OTO MILLS, including:
• Double decoiler OTOAD256-PA
• Double coil opener
• Automatic end-to-end welder OTO GG254
• Vertical Floop accumulator

2. OTO 80.3 QTC tube production line manufactured by OTO MILLS with:
• Cast iron stands
• Adjustable lower shaft height
• Reinforced motor and 2-speed gearboxes
• Hydraulic nuts
• Double-length cooling tunnel
• Motorized Turk’s head for rapid adjustment

3. OTO QTC quick-change cassette system – 2nd set of offline cassettes including:
• 1 complete forming cassette
• 1 complete fin-pass cassette

• Automatic quick-coupling cardan connections

4. 150 m/min flying saw: OTO TCCG160 high-speed cold saw featuring:
• Carriage movement with 70 kW motor
• Cutting head movement with hydraulic control
• Saw blade rotation with AC drive

5. MAIR SQ.HEX.90.D.5.SL automatic bundler with emulsion drainage and bundle weighing system:
• Capable of making hexagonal and square/rectangular bundles
• 5 modules for tube production from 4-10 m (12 m for wall thickness >1.8 mm)
• Includes emulsion drainage and bundle weighing unit
• 3 chains for storage of finished bundles
• Test tube area, with saw for sample tube cutting
