Our skyLASER Mark systems are used exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. With the fiber laser’s wavelength of 1064 nm, even the finest structures can be produced in almost any material. Unlike conventional milling methods, the laser works contact-free, without exerting force, and with no tool wear. The advantages for your application are geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This type of machining can be applied regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The system’s flexibility is further enhanced by the customisable, mobile worktable. You can easily integrate the system into your production line or use it as a stand-alone solution.

The use of a wide range of fonts, barcode application, serial numbers, logos, and images is effortless. Thanks to the excellent resolution, almost all marking requirements can be met. It allows for the production of embossing stamps, engravings, labels, and complex, fine structures, and the software is extremely user-friendly. Even highly complex and elaborate marking tasks can be easily created on the included industrial PC. Exact positioning is achieved in no time, thanks to the optional process monitoring camera and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
As the system has hardly any wear parts and is virtually maintenance-free thanks to IPG laser technology, it is especially suitable for industrial applications and continuous operation.
