Our skyLaser Mark systems are utilised precisely where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Using a fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, even the finest structures can be realized in almost any material. Unlike traditional milling processes, the laser operates contact-free, force-free and without tool wear. Advantages in your application include geometrical flexibility and high processing precision. This type of processing can be performed regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The system’s flexibility is further increased with a mobile, customizable working table to fit your needs. You can easily integrate the system into your production line or operate it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers highly precise and permanent markings (laser engravings) and is particularly suitable for laser applications on metals and certain organic materials.

A wide variety of fonts, application of barcodes, serial numbers, logos as well as images is easily possible. Thanks to its outstanding resolution, virtually all marking requirements can be met. Production of embossing stamps, engravings, labels, and complex fine structures is simple; the software is extremely user-friendly. Even very complex and demanding marking tasks can be easily created on the supplied industrial PC. Exact positioning is done in no time thanks to the optional monitoring camera for process observation and software-supported workpiece alignment.

Since the system has very few wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is nearly maintenance-free, it is especially suitable for industrial applications and continuous operation.
