Our skyLaser Mark systems are used precisely where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limitations. Using a fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, even the most delicate structures can be realized in nearly any material. In contrast to conventional milling methods, the laser operates contact-free, force-free, and without tool wear. The advantages in your application are geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. Regardless of the hardness of the workpiece, this type of processing can be applied. With an adaptable and mobile worktable, tailored to your needs, the system’s flexibility is further increased. You can easily integrate the system into your production line, or operate it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers highly precise and permanent markings (laser engravings) and is particularly suitable for metals and certain organic materials, covering the primary fields of laser processing.
A wide variety of fonts can be used, and the application of barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images is effortless. Thanks to its excellent resolution, almost all marking requirements can be fulfilled. From producing embossing dies, engravings, inscriptions, and fine complex structures—the software is extremely user-friendly. Even highly complex and demanding marking tasks can be easily created on the supplied industrial PC. Exact positioning is simple, thanks to the optional observation camera for process monitoring and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
Since the system has virtually no wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is almost maintenance-free, it is especially suited for industrial use and continuous operation.
