Our skyLaser Mark systems are used exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Using a fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, even the most intricate structures can be realized in almost any material. Unlike conventional milling methods, the laser operates contact-free, force-free, and without any tool wear. Advantages for your application include geometric flexibility and high processing precision. This type of machining is applicable regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The customizable and mobile worktable increases the system's flexibility. Easily integrate the system into your production line or use it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers highly precise and permanent markings (laser engravings) and is particularly suitable for metals and certain organic materials.

A wide variety of fonts can be used, and marking barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images is effortless. Thanks to excellent resolution, nearly all marking requirements can be fulfilled. Production of embossing stamps, engravings, labels, and complex fine structures is straightforward; the software is extremely user-friendly. Even complex and challenging marking tasks can be easily created on the included industrial PC. Precise positioning is accomplished in no time, thanks to the optional process monitoring camera and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
The system has virtually no wear parts and, owing to IPG laser technology, is almost maintenance-free, making it particularly suitable for industrial and continuous operation.
