Pharmix HHR 1200

Used double-cone vacuum dryer manufactured by Pharmix (CZ), model HHR1200. All product-contact parts are made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316L). Total chamber capacity is approximately 1200 liters. The drying chamber is designed to operate under pressure from -1 to 0 bar, at temperatures up to 60°C. The chamber is equipped with an external heating jacket made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The jacket has a capacity of 260 liters and is designed for operation up to 3 bar, at temperatures up to 70°C. The chamber is fitted with an internal stainless steel vacuum exhaust pipe. The feed inlet is equipped with a bolted cover, while the discharge outlet has a manually operated valve. Drive is provided via gear motor, 2.2 kW, 1420 rpm, 400 V, 50 Hz. Working drum speed up to 2.2 rpm. The gearbox is of explosion-proof design - Ex II 2D c up to 125°C; the motor - II2 D Ex tD A21 T 120°C. The chamber is mounted on a carbon steel support frame. Overall dimensions at the installation site: L 4015 mm x W 3975 mm x H 3300 mm (including stairs); weight 3430 kg. The machine is currently dismantled. Photos show the unit installed at its previous operating location.
