The High Quality Press Brake (HQPB) is the top model among Placke press brakes. The entire manufacturing process, from hydraulic cylinder fabrication to control cabinet assembly, takes place in-house. By combining cutting-edge technology with years of experience in forming technology, the HQPB series enables you to perform bending operations at the highest level. Even the standard version is a fully functional press brake. Thanks to this package of safety, reliability, and efficiency, paired with straightforward operation, we meet the highest standards and precision requirements in the bending process.
Machine body:
- Base machine constructed from S 355 N steel
- Side stands welded with 2 pressure pipes and an overhead oil tank
- Above-floor design
- Paint finish: 2-component textured paint, light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)
Upper beam:
Isdjyvzkiopfx Ag Rstd
- Press beam stress-relieved annealed
- Depth measurement, reading head guided on ball bearing track
- Separate Y1 and Y2 control, electric tilt monitoring
Hydraulic system:
- Proportional control valve system with electronically monitored cylinder synchronization
- Solid steel cylinder with inductively hardened piston rod
- Low-noise internal gear pump
Tool clamping:

2 front aluminum support arms, approx. 600 mm long, incl. 2 flip stops, measuring tape, and plastic wear strip. The support arms can be moved along a ball guide and adjusted in height for die sizes from 55 mm to 100 mm via a slotted hole. The ball guide is milled into the lower beam.
