CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser cutter has been designed and manufactured entirely in our own factory. High-quality steel is used for machine production, cut, welded, and then precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms include additional ribbing to provide outstanding rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500w, z 400W), which ensures optimal acceleration and speeds in each direction. Power transmission uses top-quality planetary gearboxes. The classic and proven helical racks on both X and Y axes provide high durability and accuracy.

CUTTING HEAD
A liquid-cooled WSX head is used for cutting sheet metal. Lenses made from premium-grade quartz glass focus the dispersed laser beam onto the material, delivering high cutting accuracy. For optimal operation, the HSU system automatically adjusts the head height, compensating for material irregularities. A protective window located between the nozzle and the lens guards the lens assembly against splashes of molten metal.

LASER SOURCE
The machine uses a Raycus Laser light source, renowned for high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and exceptional beam quality. It also enables faster and more effective operation and reduces operator errors. Furthermore, the source is resistant to back reflection, meaning the beam’s return to the laser does not cause malfunctions. Stable power output ensures efficient operation with low energy usage.

COOLING
S&A CWFL industrial dual-temperature chillers are specially designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature multiple alarm functions: compressor time delay protection, compressor over-current protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarm.

EXCHANGEABLE WORK TABLE
The exchangeable work table, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes only 10 seconds. This gives the operator time to remove cut parts and load a new sheet while the laser operates on the other table. The system ensures a very high production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, the racks and guides must be oiled at least every few days. The automatic system supplies lubrication at preset intervals and quantities, with all parameters adjustable via the software.
